Rudy,

If the master fluid level is good, no puddles anywhere, then you probably have a leaking rubber cup on the piston in the master cylinder bore. Internally leaking around the cup = no pressure, no puddles. Do check under the dash for fluid leaks, too, okay? Some folks have had success rebuilding the master, others say it can't be done :-) Mike Dailey's sight, www.panteraplace.com, has an article on this that shows the box, with part number, for the rebuild kit you need. I think the owner of this board, Pantera Int. sells a bolt-in as stock replacement master, and other vendors offer replacement units that require use of an adapter. Now would be the time to fully flush the system, too. Be sure to adjust slave action for proper movement when it is all back together. You should have .040 clearance between clutch disk and flywheel with pedal fully depressed, which you can measure through the inspection hole in the bellhousing. If you buy from a vendor, spend another $15 and get a plastic sealing plug for that inspection hole - dropping a valve cover bolt or carb nut in there will cause a major headache. Cheap insurance for $15.

Good luck - get that baby back on the road!
