Jack I spoke last night to Jim Duncan who wrote an artical in the spring(number110)issue. He told me that his wheels are A.F.S. cobra R off a 1997 mustang. and he said that they fit without spacers. His fronts are 8s and his backs are 10.5 inchs wide,The only problem is with the backs. He said that on stock cars its about a 1/4 inch away from the lower a-arm and the brake line might have to be moved a little. He moved his rotors on the outside of the hub so he could take them off without disasembling the whole rear section. He said it moved his wheels out about 1/8 inch and now his wheels clear by a 1/2 inch from the a-arm. Is 1/4 inch clearance enough? will the a-arm hit anywhere in its travel, up and down or is this clearance stay the same all the time? Paul...
