I think it would depend on how thorough you want to be. I don't believe the holes for the bumper shock absorbers will be covered by the Pre-L bumpers. On the plus side Pre-L bumpers are available. I have a set of fronts and rears for sale. Plus several vendors sell them in carbon fiber and fiberglass.

Rear bumper is much the same and will have the shock holes showing. One conversion I saw had inserted small reversing lights into the holes to fill them. Personally have an additional set of LED stop lamps that go there and are connected to an LED flasher ala Formula 1 as the car is becoming more of a dedicated track car.
Here's how I got around the front shock holes witha set of 2" PIAA driving lights.
