A winter project will be replacing the old stock cooling system pipes with stainless steel. I know a lot has been posted on the subject of cooling system changes and upgrades, but I don't recall this question being asked. Can anyone tell me how many feet of flex hose I should plan to buy. BTW, the pipes running under the car will be 2 piece. Any other hints/heads up I should be aware of on this little project.
Thanks Steve

Many of the vendors sell the Gates Green Stripe hose kits for your car. This is one of the best hoses out there and should be trouble free for you. Another choice that I did with my past experience in boating was to go to West Marine. In boating, you cannot afford to have a hose go or you could be at the bottom of the sea. I bought 10'of Marine wet exhaust and used on most places excecpt sharp bends like the lower water pump and radiator inlets. I went with Green stripe there. Cool thing besides the toughness of the wet exhaust is that it has a nice blue stripe outlined in white and has Made in Italy on it. Folks always comment on the look and think that it is orginal from the Italian make. So, 9 years and two cars with no failures. Easiest way is the kit though.
