Since the Byars Bros did the work on this car..I suspect this is their wheel.

That is funny because someone recently told me I paid too much for my three piece Hall Ultras but they were no where near that expensive. 
Yeah, you guys don't even want to know what AVUS quoted me for custom made AF-M02's (19" rear and 18" front). The regional rep seemed pretty excited to get a set on a Pantera- and so was I until I saw the price...hence the reason I am still looking for wheels!
Let's just say that with tires and mounting I would have to spend in excess of 8 grand...

Why don't you propose to let AVUS use pictures of your Pantera as a promotional tool for a discounted price on the wheels? Maybe your Pantera can be displayed at some shows and events. If he was that excited, it could work out for you, them, and the Pantera community! Some companies will even give you their product for free to get exposure. It's worth a try!

Uhm, maybe I did pay too much. Mine was almost 6K eight years ago. I was so foolish and so enamoured by having a Pantera at the time. It must be true, a fool and his money are soon parted.
