Yup; many changes. Some body panels besides the fenders (e.g- engine screen) don't fit. The brakes are enormous ventillated-rotor 3-piston units formerly used on Pantera GP-4 racers. Wheels are 10 wide front & 12 or 13" wide rear 15" Campys but a different spoke pattern. The parking brake is entirely different. The rear axles carriers use straight roller bearings inboard instead of ball bearings, the interior is tan wrinkled leather similar to the Maserati Biturbo, the new seats recline, in later units the engine is a 351W with smog controls & cats instead of an uncontrolled Cleveland, the electrical system is changed...there are a few more but you get the picture: this is a different car!
