I bought cast aluminum door handle buckets from somebody, i can’t remember who.
the question, is there a gasket for these? when tightened they make the door sheetmetal distort..

OEM are plastic, so sounds like a poor aftermarket casting, some of the machined billet ones are the same. I know the billet ones from Mark at IPSCO are a great fit, I heard some negative comments on 3D printed ones.
I like to use the IPSCO billet door handles .
No gaskets
the cap which slide over the doorskin is a little small, I always grind this cap wider .
than it slide easier over the steel doorskin. When a door is repainted the paint is to thick.

Got mine from IPSCO. Great fit. Some of the cast replacements failed to include the correct contour i.e. none at all.
Mark said there isn’t enough demand to make more, if others are on board, maybe reach out and he will make more.
pretty rough looking at ripples in my door
you guys were spot on. the door handles are flat and need to contour 1/16 of an inch at the center on the sides
The IPSCO ones are very nice.
I found the ones from PI Motorsports to fit well.
I used small 6mm (IIRC) studs in the buckets instead of the factory screws for an easier install….

IPSCO no longer makes them, he would need a rather large order to make it worth while for a production run.
I am would be interested in a set. Larry
I'm interested in a set as well.
