First of all you need to remove the rear qtr windows and door weather rubber. Then you drill out the rivets. You should be able to hit the rear qtr glass from the inside with a soft rubber mallet or the palm of your hand. Have someone ready to catch it if it pops loose. This way you do not need to cut the inner side of the qtr window rubber.
Now you're talking about the stainless reveal, garnish molding on the outside face of the door, correct? IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE A BEAR TO REMOVE! Again, a putty knife, a bondo spreader spatula, or a strong sharp plastic item where you can get under a spot on the stainless and SLOWLY work the trim molding off the face of the door. If you can get an area to start coming off where it is seated, it will start to pop off. Again, bending is quite easy - take your time.
