Can you please provide us some more information so we can provide valid advice?

was it working previously? Have you done any work near the system? What troubleshooting have you performed already?

Long distance troubleshooting with the minimal information you have provided is difficult at best, and often basically worthless.

maybe there is not a emergency system under the car anymore ? , my experience is that a lot of owners deete the system hardware.

Check the pivot arm bolt under the car has not lost its nut or been hit by an obstruction and bent . These are pretty exposed.
