I recently purchased this unmolested fiberglass Pantera body on a VW pan/chassis . My current train of thought is to build/buy a tubular drag race chassis to mount it to . Although there is no supporting documentation , I am pretty certain that this is an original Meyers and Anderson creation ... not that that matters . But just throwing it out there that you never know what you might find , or where it could pop up . Be vigilant !

Sorry for the lack of photos ... new computer ... the old one had an issue with a nearby lightning strike .

Very cool! Meyers is still around, making electrified dune buggies.

And since I'm already off-topic, I'll mention that I saw a Meyers Manx jump straight up into the air when coming off the line at a 1/8 mile drag strip.

Very cool, had not heard of these guys.

Have only heard of the Long and Newman bodies, and that one-off that they built on a Fiero chassis. That one was a bit misproportioned.

Would love to see more pictures!

Very interesting!

You need to get those rear wheels set up with a wider rim, and offset that pushes them out to the body lines!
