I have gone out to the garage on a few occaisions to find a strong smell of gas. I back the car out one time to find fuel on the floor. It seemed to be around the fuel pump, so I changed out a suspect fuel line an tightened all comnnections. Drove the car, stopped several times for any sign of a leak brought it back home and checked a few hours later...nothing.
Now after the car sitting a couple of weeks, I find a small amount of fuel under the car. It seems like when it sits, thats when in leaks.
Could this be coming from the fuel pump? I thought theyw ere sealed, but have never really had any fuel pump problems.
Any other suggestions?
