I see a lot of side ground effects on regular cars that look like they could be made to fit the Pantera. Has any body found side skirts from another vehicle that looks right? Got Pics?

Com'on Larry....How about the GT5s look... I was thinking a bit more subtle, like this stock rocker on 01 Accord. AND I did not start this thread to catch a lot of crap about fine Italian design. We are allowed to modify our cars.

Oh, I just noticed this silver car. There is something down between his wheels. That Honda I showed is a few inches too long. The wide body Panteras have grown on me after all these years. However I will always think the stock Pre L metal bumper Pantera are a work of art that one should not try and improve on in respects to its looks. Unless you are upgrading the wheels 
Matt Merrit's Yellow road racing Pantera had some ground effects like that Honda. He had them taken off. Maybe someone can find a before picture of that car. I think it may of been in one of the P.I. mags back in the day.

I snatched them off the 01 Accord. With a little modification, I belive I can attach them from under without drilling the painted body. Only problem is the Honda was totaled, and the salvage has not picked up. If they miss the rockers, I'll have to give them back I hope they pick that car up soon so I can start trimming. I'll paint them red to match. My boat is floating now.....

You mean Charlton photoshopped Cybomans targa? That is sweet. The road better be flat. Bad news on my end. I dropped my driver floorpan, but the honda skirts are too thin. Too bad I already bucthed one of them.Don't feel bad Larry, I thought it was a Noble. I'm still looking for ideas.

Those dropped floor pans will only look bad till you get use to them. Nobody else will even notice them unless you paint them red.

Let's not even start on the Asian-inspired side lettering.
But they're useful when you go offroad to avoid dings in the panels (I have a Jeep)

Last-PB, PLEASE tell me the high mounted side skirt was photoshopped on that poor Pantera? If the thing had been mounted whare it was supposed to go- on the BOTTOM of the rocker panel, it would look less like a rice-rocket's ankle-biter.
Be honest. I think they look good. This side is just clamped there.

Not bad! I'd like to see a larger photo.
I'm with David, let's see a larger photo. Your proportioning and placement look pretty good. The only thing you may want to do is find a way to soften the end more at the back so it looks less "added-on". I like the single-slot Campy clones!
