I also had the same post and from what I understand all the GT4 flares fit poorly .I have a local metal artisan that I am going to use.First order the fiberglass ones and do your mockup with them, then once they fit well you can use them as templates for the steel fabrication.I may get more than one set made so if you are interested let me know Sam
A reputable source told me that Dennis Quella at Pantera Performance, Colorado has the best ones, but I haven't reordered any yet to verify that (I sent mine back to PPC, Reno in disgust). Pat Mical does some good work as well, but I'm not sure he'll sell just the flares, without doing the conversion.

Apparently most of the other vendors have a single source.
The single source is PPC as all the vendors agree thats the best out there....mine came rusty .. I have not fit them yet ... waiting for wheels and tires... They look like they fit fine ... if you want steel flairs it appears your going to have to work a little ... why they cant make them fit like the fiberglass ones ... I dont know ... I could easily make them up .. but dont want to ... the HVAC business in the below zero temps is calling me in a much more profitable market .. maybe thats why ... but I have enough time to make mine fit. LOL

I can't comment on the Group IV flares from PPC but the GTS steel flares I got from Dennis Quella were a work of art. I previously had a set that were decent but also would have required some work to fit them up properly. On one of my visits to his shop he showed me the fit and finish of the ones he offered, I sold mine and bought his.

Perhaps the size and personal preference for position of the GpIVs make fit a bit more of a challenge?

Did you get my email Ron?

Kelly
