Phil, we got the same car here and it was also branded a Honda Prelude. We get a couple of NA-market only Acura cars (RSX, TL), but others (RL, NSX) are Honda branded cars elsewhere in the world. Works both ways because the Accord that you get (5-door) is not imported to NA and I think your Civic is also different.
It's a great car with a lot of great qualities, but not a Pantera.

I'll get another Pantera one day, but this time to add to my garage so it won't be my daily driver....

Eventually the NSX will transform into this and continue to be my daily driver...

Right at 400 RWHP, 16 around town and 23 highway. At least now I can just wave at 1/2 the gas stations I pass.

Does that mean I gotta plan my route home by gas stations...800 miles...80 gallons...4 fill ups...holy crap I'll spend more time in gas stations than on the road...Maybe I need an NSX LOL.. Big Grin

Look forward to seeing you and the NSX later this month.

I've got a 1990 with Stillen/Wings West at 342 RWHP

Coz, tell me you didn't get rid of your Pantera for an NSX. This is just an addition to your stable, right?! You still have your Pantera, right?! I hope so.

The NSX will make a very cool daily driver. I just bought a BMW 328i to be my daily driver and love it! Inexpensive, plenty of room for the family, great on gas (32mpg hwy, daily avg 24.9mpg)

Congrats on the nice new ride!

Garth, he just got feed up fixing an old junker like the Pantera and he wanted a car that he could count on everyday. That is why Japaneese cars took over anyway. No one like hondas. They just drive them so they can get to work and earn a living. But Coz kept the car in the family by giving it to Joules.
Actually, some of my best friends work in gas stations. I also own stock in Exxon, Shell, Sunoco and anyone else who sells close to 94 octane. So actually, stopping at every gas station as I drive my Pantera is both a social call and an investment. Win win as they say.

So Coz, what is your Pantera still doing in your garage???

Joules and I are waiting for the gearbox tro come back so I can put it back in for the 4th time in the last 6 months.....

Then Joules will be taking it home & stopping at most of the gas stations along the way....

It's going to a great home and as was said, a family member...

But....I sure wish the garage could stay looking like that :-)

Deeb,

So true, I work for a Canadian Oil Sands Company, so this is my way of helping use more of our product to create 'shareholder value' without getting into any insider trading/securities issues...LOL Big Grin Big Grin
