Importing a Guara into the U.S.

Dear Enthusiasts,
We are currently researching an article on how to legally import a Guara into the U.S. There are now exceptions to the law that will permit a citizen to bring in this type of car for very, very limited use.
Have any site visitors ever imported an exotic under the new laws or know of somebody that has? If so, let us know, we would like to obtain more information and advise our readers on a step by step method of bringing in a rare car like the Guara.
