Scot is the price on your web page per shock or for pair?

Hi Gary,

The price is each. Very good point... I should probably change that as who only buys one shock...

So for a ride height adjustable shock, the retail price is $550.00 per pair. That includes the springs. Our sale price is $500.00 per pair including springs. With the rebate offer, that brings the price down to $400.00 per pair, or $800 for all four.

Of course, the multi-adjustable shocks are a bit more and the electronically adjustable are the most expensive (but the coolest)... And the one I recommend for the guy that has a street car that he tracks from time to time.

The rebate will apply to any pair of shocks that are purchased, when the old Coilovers are returned.

Thanks for asking!

Scott
This offer is still in force.

As an added bonus, All aluminum shocks sold after January 1st will carry a ONE MILLION mile warranty when registered!!!

Yes, I know... who will ever put 1,000,000 miles on a Pantera, let alone 100,000 miles. However, we sell coilover products for most makes and models!

The warranty is intended to show the reliability and craftsmanship put into modern technology shocks!

Take care, Scott

how do I know what spring rate to request? I would have assumed that all Pantera's might be the same.

It really depends on what you plan on doing with the car and your personal preference. Most people tend to put too stiff of springs on their cars. For ride quality, it is better to error on the side of soft than too hard.

My car, for example, has been lighten quite a lot. I have 250 on the front and 400 in the rears but I also have the electronically controlled shocks so I have a very smooth comfortable ride and then I press a button and the ride becomes very firm for track quality performance.

I have tracked ALL shocks sales from a spring rate perspective and I can tell you that most Pantera owners have gone with 300 on the fronts and 450 on the rears.

I also have a policy where I will swap out a customers springs for free if they are not happy with the spring rate they chose. They pay the shipping but the springs are exchanged for what they feel they would be more happy with. I have not had a single person take me up on that offer.

Take care, Scott
