For the record, the front pulley has a 20mm bore, is 150mm diameter, and has a ~34mm outside diameter hub that extends 10mm past the rear face of the pulley...

Did you ever find one? in my zest for refinishing, I decided to take my jackshaft apart for cleaning/painting and managed to break off not one, but TWO pieces!!!
it's definitely cast and not steel ;-(

Oh, I hate it when I do that (!) Which pulley is broken, and how badly? Right before I sent off my piece with a chunk missing to have duplicated by JK Pulley, big brother suggested Harley the brilliant welder at ACD and now I have a genuinely round original. I had a NOS front pulley someone bought thru Ebay ~9 years ago, but wherever there may be a spare has still escaped.
(and PS, after breaking the cast yoke on the clutch linkage while removing the tired clutch master cylinder on 8ma1046, I was super, super careful when doing the same thing on 8ma1076...and well, broke that too. At least, second time making a steel bracket was easier !).
not too bad... chipped off two pieces on opposite sides of the front edge, one about 1/2" wide x 1/4" deep, the other about 3/4" wide x 1/4" deep... pretty sure I can have them brazed back together. Just annoyed at myself for thinking I could "tap" the pulley off rather than using a pulley puller...

M!ke, yeah, I think that is where big brother took the first one If by chance, its just the single-sheave front pulley---you may have luck with something generic and modified for shaft Diameter. for the 3 sheave pulley, mine was completely lost and Hall had this one...Harley built up/turned it.
The earlier (maybe even your car) had 3 sheaves of nearly equal diameter, and then the Alternator drive (final sheave) grew in diameter...

That's the one... Luckily my chip(s) aren't as bad as the one in your pic... and on mine it's the unused sheave (since I don't have the smog pump).
Will post progress pics when I get her at repaired...
