Your right! They did not post a link for the time's and Map, I called on this and they said they would post it as soon as possible? Found out today at 1:00pm there is approx 50 out of 1000 spots left, you'll need to go to the Russel address for the Rotary club to buy on time. Friday night is the best, I'll probably only make it Saturday though.
