Not sure what you mean by Hilborn Injections Webers? Do you mean one or the other? I think most or all the Hilborn Injection systems have pretty big throats, maybe too big for a street motor. You can buy a BOSS 302 Hilborn manifold pretty cheap from Hilborn (or at least use to be able to) You could modify it to fit a Cleveland, but low and moderate speed performance may not be too good. It does match 4V Cleveland heads.

Installed it looks like they'd be a little more than the ones from Pantera Performance, Castle Rock CO. While my meager budget wouldn't cut it I'd still be curious how the two would compare.
