Another post from the new guy. Looking for suggestions for Lug Nut torque. I have 17 inch welded 2 piece late style Campagnolo type 10 spokes with stock calipers. Also, have the smooth center hub caps that cover up the lugs like those used on the Hall ultra wheels. Dumb question but how do I get to the lug nuts? Does the little cap in the center pry off or is there a special secret?

The "nut" simply holds the spun cone on and centered. It should be hand tight. Underneath you will find a threaded carrier that is bolted to the wheel by the lug nuts. I would carefully try to loosen the big nut. Call Hall Pantera and ask Bev what Gary sold to loosen his Ultra Wheels - that is what they are. Also, He may have had the left and right side threads reversed.
