Don't know if this is the place, but what's with this outfit? I placed an order for suspension bushings. Took them three weeks to ship. Too late, need to send them back. Won't answer e-mails (3) or phone. Did I get ripped off?

I bought their complete suspension kit (Ball joints, bushings) during thir recent eBay blitz (about 3-4 weeks ago).
I thought I got a good price (About $180 for the set) and had the stuff shipped to my door within 5 days.
I had read some commentary that some well-respected members here have used the suspension kit, with no complaints over a period of a couple of years...
That's just been my (recent) experience... I haven't installed the kit yet... But it looks "as advertised"...

That's why I bought from them because I'd heard good things. But no communication is the worst thing an internet business can do.
In the last four years, I've put over 20k miles on their ball joints and tie rod ends with no problems.

I am pretty sure that his parts are from the original suppliers.
The original ball joints are not cheapies at all. They are high quality items.

I have purchased 3 kits for 3 seperate cars. Bought through E-bay, usually paid between $225 and $175. Usually arrived with in 10 days, felt they were quality items. Been pretty happy overall.
