There is nothing special about an aftermarket Pantera steering wheel hub that accepts aftermarket steering wheels.

Search eBay for "hub boss adapter" and you will be flooded with adapters for any car you can think of. One thing to be aware of is that the hubs vary in their height so be sure to check dimensions when buying. Most have multiple bolt patterns and there are additional adapters for the odd bolt patterns such as the nine bolt steering wheels.

The Pantera uses the steering column from a ford capri MK1. These adapters are readily available and are correct for many cars and other manufacturers.

I currently have one on order through eBay out of China that I am quite sure is correct.
