Need Front Brake Flex Line Specs for Baer Conversion

Aloha! I've ordered a set of Baer S4 Brakes to replace my aging front calipers. Does anyone happen to know the length of the flex hose (caliper to hard-line connection) and the size of the fitting at the hard line? Mahalos!

I use 16" long dash-3 ANs at all 4 corners, with straight connectors. Don't know what thread Baer calipers use.
