Hi all..just got back from Geneva yesterday with my new baby...1974 "L" with 13, 582 original miles. Car appears to be in great shape..I have some work to do in that it was mothballed in 1986 and not even started since then...almost like a "garage find" except it was kept by the owner clean and dry. He preserved everything when he put it "away" but I'll go through it to double check before I try anything. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys and seeing your cars. I'm near the border in Fort Erie....cheers..

John,

That makes more sense. I'll just re-rank you from completely insane back to normal. Big Grin

Can't wait to see more details. The car looks great. If you decide you want to get rid of that pesky 8-stack induction system and swap it for a reliable old Holley carb, let me know. Smiler

Welcome John, from the other side of the lake. Wink

Keep an eye on the Canadian Regional Forum so you'll know about upcoming events and hopefully we'll get to meet you and the car in person this summer.

I'll bet you're chomping at the bit to get her out on the road, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen very soon with the amount of snow that's been falling, or the amount of salt that gets dumped on the roads Frowner So, just enjoy a bit of tinkering and maybe read some of the posts about how to rustproof the car as well as other inexpensive but valuable preventative measures, and then you'll be all set for when the warm weather hits.

Have you found the Pantera Place website yet? Lots of cool stuff out there, take some time to browse the 'Technical Information' link... Pantera Place
