door locks successfully stripped and going for re chroming, as soon as I have removed the key barrel from the boot lock!

I don't see how it can be done, I note one pin (see pics) but no exit hole opposite it.
Also there are 2 indents for want of a better word at the innermost end, they may just be manufacturing marks I don't know. If someone knows how its done, could they explain please.

I recall seeing the pin when I inspected my old trunk lock but don't recall a hole next to it with bondo or otherwise coved up. I can only assume that yours may have been disassembled before. I, luckily, had a spare used key/lock set so I just swapped them out (the doors too). The tip on my pushbutton lock was a lot more worn than yours anyway. The good thing is at least I know now that pin you show in the picture is what needs to be extracted for disassembly. Good info for future reference. Thanks for that.
