Oil Pan Drain Plug

I hate changing my oil. With the limited access and the drain plug angled straight at the frame rail it is a royal PIA and usually a mess.

I just discovered what I think is a great solution. It is called a Fumoto valve. I only wish I had found it years ago. Anyone ever use one ?

I like the ideal and was planning to install something similair. HOWEVER, I would tap the ID of the nipple and use a safety plug.
I noticed on their site they have a "safety clip" to go around the lever

Hi.
It's popular brand in Japan.

I have installed my 1972 Pantera.
To avoid oil flow to frame, I made angled screw between the oil pan and the Fumoto drain valve. Not oil never goes to frame.

Do you happen to know which specific style/part you used ? Did you take any pics of the valve installed ?

F101s is the Ford oil pan drain.

If I am correct, it can be put on normal pan but needed small modify for big pan, like my Aviaid. I needed spacer to put it.
