It is pretty neat. I asked the seller what he did to check for rust and how the rack broke and spindle bent. I'm not real familiar with Pantera front suspension, but bending a spindle and breaking the rack and pinion into 2 pieces doesn't sound trivial; especially on a car showing less than 13K miles. Any thoughts on that?

Owner responded: "car has been in garage most all of it's life i don't see any rust it slide in to a ditch "
