The passenger side window won't operate. It has power to both of the terminals going to the motor. I took the drivers door panel off to compare & that side has a junction terminal built into it and looks different than the passenger motor. The passenger motor works if I jump one terminal as a ground to move the window down & then cross the wires to move it up. I have put a ground wire to the motor with no luck. With only two wires, both hot depending on the switch, where is the ground, does the window switch reverse its polarity? Its probably an easy fix, but what should I look for?
