What is the difference between the different types of conversions using either the Aerostar (the one that I did), the Taurus or the F250?

I am having trouble with the passenger side, it has never worked as well as the driver side and now it is barely working at all.

Also, where do I find details on the conversion to get the windows to go all of the way down?

Disconnect the window mounts at the bottom and try moving the window up and down by hand to find out where it's binding.
