Questions about twin turbo set up

I'm trying to figure out exactly what twin turbo set up this is. The car is currently with Don Byars and I'm just trying to help him out a lil... Trying to figure out what I have here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Back in the day, Lance Nist did twin turbo installations, using sliding priority-valves in the intake pipes.

I was trying to get ahold of lance with no luck... I seem to remember seeing a car he did that looked a lot like this one. Anyone have any good contact info for him? # I got off the net works, just no reply...

He runs http://panteraefi.com/. I have contacted him on several occasions right up to about a month ago. He doesnt always answer. If you cant get him via phone send him an email.
