Does anyone have the dimensions for the rear bearing spacer, using single row bearings? Any recommendations as to what alloy to use.

For these hub carriers to be used again, they will need another set of Torrington bearing races, pt. no.IR-1016, a custom tubular spacer to go between them, and new 5/8" pivot shafts made from heat treated 4130 (at least 25 Rc), Stress Proof, or more exotic steels.
The original pivot shafts were 16mm. in diameter, but full sized, cold roll 5/8" round bar stock is within .005" of that size and close enough to work with the stock lower control arms.

Well, if I were going to turn a bearing spacer on a lathe, I would probably use 6061 T6 aluminum, or maybe some chrome moly steel if I had some laying around.
I like working with aluminum. 6061 heat treated to T6 is as tough as steel & very corrosion resistant.
