What are the prefered replacement seats for someone wanting to retain the stock(ish) appearance, but gain a more comfortable, supportive, seat? Pics? Thanks all

I don't think you can really have both. Some folks have recovered their stock seats with near-match material, increasing the padding for better fit and feel. But go too far and the near stock look will be lost. And just adding a little bit, while improving things to be sure, really won't get you anywhere near where you can get with a total seat replacement/upgrade.
Try to sample different Pantera owners seats and get an idea of what suits you and go from there.
If you don't tell anyone you've upgraded, most of the public won't have a clue anyway
