Hi Steve, they are new. But I will test the stronger 4.0 Version next year and this will be aviable at the end of next year.
Those sets I have now , are made with a modern hardening process and are ratet at about 10% stronger than the old stock ones !
BUT : verry important is clereance between the ring and pinion! So it should build in by an expert.
