SAGGING Deck lid??? | The De Tomaso Forums

If your deck lid shocks are prone to sagging, or if you want to avoid the lawsuit from a gust of wind slamming it shut on some viewer's neck at the next show, this little item would be a good purchase.

I found mine cheapest at a local supply shop but they are on eBay for a bit more.

Made by a national firm, Lisle, part # 44870.

Nice! Looks like a nice item for when the wife misbehaves. For weak shocks do you think you need one for each side? Otherwise there may be too much pressure to one side of the decklid using one side only...no??
