I'm looking at this 19763 Pantera L with some interesting looking seats, can you confirm that this was an option on an 73 L pantera? See picture.

What psi are those inflated to?
the factory seat inflation recommended psi rates are: 189 lbs and under 6psi, 190 to 210 12psi 210 and over(most pantera owners) 32psi.
Don´t drive that car with a sharp screwdriver in your rear-pocket...

No. It looks like somebody disassembled their barcalounger. Does look 1973 though.
They don't look stock to me, but they could be the stock seats recovered with a more luxurious foam padding.
The seat tracks (what little I see) seem stock.
The headrests look to be at the right height to be stock.

No. They look to be reproductions of original pantera GT5 seats. Whether they are authentic GT5 seats or earlier seats re-foamed and re-coverd to look like GT5 seats is hard to tell from the photo, but they are not original to a 73L.
