I don't work for them or receive any benefit from them, but they are a class outfit to deal with. Trying to get #06984 running this past week, I called their tech line 3 different times. Each time, I got answered by a live technician in 3 or less rings!! They walked me through a couple of different checks and we finally determined that the problem was the magnetic pickup in the distributor. At 3:30 pm Edgar said he would send me a new one for free, since I was in a bit of a rush I paid the overnight and it was here on Friday about noon. Put it in and I am back in business!! A lot of companies could learn a lesson on customer service from MSD.
