Shaved Door Handles and the Track

Was just wondering if anyone knew if shaved door handles would pass tech inspection at a track day?

Like the look of shaved door handles, but dont want to run into issues at the track. I know at drag stips is basically up to the tech inspector, with some work arounds usually allowed (windows down, rope stuck in the window tied to an interior handle, etc). I am guessing its pretty much the same everywhere though for track days and not dedicated racers.

Well, ZONKEY was Teched at both Silver State and for Willow Springs with shaved door handles. That was about 10 years ago so YMMV.
