too bad there is currently no vacancy in the building! but I doesent matter, at $3600 psf for a 2800 sf 3 bedroom, I didn't have the 1 million anyway.

Pretty cool system! It´s true, it is a pitty to leave such beautiful objects hidden somewhere in the garage. They should be shown as art works inside your home.

Really cool. It appears to be a real nightmare for DIY people like me. Where do I put my tools, welder, lift, etc. LMAO

There has to be a bigger version for filthy rich DIY people. The whole "sky garage with tools" and a large transparent wall in between.

When I was building my shop/home combo I had intentions of an indoor parking area for 1362, the living room. My wife said NO WAY..... you can't blame a guy for trying! See that beam above the windows? That was for the door opening.

Strange that women don't appreciate beautiful things. I don't have cars inside the house, but this winter I had to park both the powerboat and occasionally the Longchamp right outside the living room windows. I enjoy the view everytime, but my wife doesn't.

All that sounds just weird, as it would not have to be like that. The evil system, there we live in, has taught young girls to think like that. And then they grow up and become women.

There is a building in West Chelsie in the NYC that is built on the same sky garage concept. Of course they are paying a premium for the privilege.
