Is there a intake manifold that will replace the M-9424-W351
intake on my 9.2" deck/C3 Yates engine that has a shorter height?

Ron,

Other than custom sheet metal stuff or MAJOR mods to other intakes, I'm not aware of any lids that will bolt to those heads and be significantly different height.
