I have on front of my 1972 Paantera Tires 225/50r/15. I need 2 new tires. Will 215/60r/15 be OK?? On Front. Will it be too high or hit Fender??

I recently put 215/60-15 BFG TAs on front mounted on 7" wheels and have no rubbing issues.
I have adjustable shocks and the fender edges have been rolled under but appears it would be fine anyway.
BigBlockFan and others are running 215/60s on 8" fronts and report no rubbing issues either.
