Pardon the non-technical description of my question. Got my car on a lift for the first time and inspected the undercarriage. I noticed something that is perplexing but hard to describe. There are several holes in the bell housing that appear to be tapped for bolts but there are no bolts. There is a very slight leak at that point. I checked all of my technical manuals and couldn't figure out what's up. It's scary to see bolt holes with no bolts. Again, sorry for the incomplete description. The car does have a Centerforce clutch setup.

The holes you refer to are probably the two 10mm ones down in the bottom. These go through a steel motor plate that serves as a "block-saver" in the event of a clutch or flywheel explosion, and are almost universally forgotten when someone tries to pull the transaxle. FYI, its impossible to separate the bellhousing & engine without breaking something, if those little bolts are left in.... Many people, once bitten by these two 'invisible' bolts, leave them out. It does no harm either way.
As for drips of oil off the bellhousing, there are 2 choices: engine oil from a failing rear main seal or loose bolt(s) at the rear of the pan, or a bad clutch-input shaft seal. I'd first tighen up the pan bolts a little (not too much!), then determine what kind of oil is dripping. 90-wt gear lube from the ransaxle smells & feels much different than 30-wt engine oil.
