There is a block of rooms at the Orleans call the hotel and tell them your with POCA for your room reservations

Apparently there is another group (POKA) or something like that and they are sold out. So make sure they know your with POCA

You will also have to purchase a button that gives you access to the hospitality suite and the Saturday night dinner. See the following link for information.

Ever heard of the Pantera Owners Club of America Wink

Website - upper right corner, click on link, download registration form, fax or snail mail. Paypal your payment, or snail mail with registration.

Then call The Orleans. Ask for group rate for POCA. Seriously, there is also a Polka event, make sure you get the difference across to them.

Then, if you have ANY interest in actually driving your car on a track, go to www.panteraclubnorcal.com

Find the link to the track event. Fill out the online registration form, then use Paypal to make your payment, or snail mail it. This is a small track event, safe, fun and cheap. You pick the skill group you feel best in, and can get one-on-one in-the-car instruction that will have you jonesin' for next year when you can do it all over again Big Grin

You will LOVE the Vegas event. About 150 cars, about 500 people, probably 30+ Panteras on the track. Club stores, bench racing, several trips out of town for fun time driving, show on the top deck of the garage on Saturday, free-open bar!!

Do it NOW. You will never regret going. Never.

Guess the bartender will have to learn how to make Buttery Nipples, eh? LOL

Chuck,

A bunch of LA folks leave on Wednesday morning, and some others Thursday. Some of the PCNC crew will probably be coming down the 99 and heading
East out of Bakersfield on Wednesday - that is my plan at the moment.

Make your reservations and you'll find someone to hook up with. Leaving Sunday morning you will have plenty of company - PCNC crew leaves about 8:00 am

This is a cool idea, we could have a secret hand shake, dues, a publication no one ever gets and make fun of everyone that drives a Pantera (vs. the pedastal crowd). Maybe an official club drink (with a cool name) and we could all have the same wheels and WINGS!
Then we could all drive around in groups and . . . .

aw c'mon its a joke!
P-O-C-A? Pantera Owners Club of America?

Oh HELL!

All this time I thought it was polka, P-O-L-K-A!

I thought it was a dance club. I've been hanging out with the wrong group all this time? No way....POCA is a car club? You've got to be kidding?

Well then, what's all the arguing about? You'd think it was a debate team!

I was wondering when the accordian music was going to start.

Damn......

Can I still come to the meetings in my shorts & suspenders?

Larry, you folks staying at the Kernville Lodge Wednesday evening?

Wednesday night is The Orleans, so I can be at the track at daybreak Thursday. Tuesday night is my home in Fresno, unless I win the lotto between now and then. The PCNC group plans are not yet made, but last year Tuesday night was up near Lake Isabella.

I'll post to this list as plans get firmed up.
