if it doesn't sell as a Pantera, he might have better luck advertising it as a highly modifide Fiat project car.

when I hear the phrase "front clip", I think of cutting off the damage section/frame and welding back a section, so wonder if the front suspension is Pantera or Fiat.

I don't reconize the Fiat model it could be, does any one?

I did notice the floor pan, but when I reviewed a photo of my stripped interio, the dash, the tunnel and doors are not Pantera

It is NOT a PANTERA, it is a FIAT X1/9 with a backend from a PANTERA

I noticed that too. And the firewall in a Pantera is behind your back, right? Smiler
