I think that's all you have to be concerned with. Make the crossmember (under the rear of the pan) and parking the brake cable bracket removable, so you can drop the pan with the engine in the car.

With the baffling and a removable crossmember, you still need to be extremely careful in order to be able to drop the oil pan while the engine is in the car. I actually have the PPC 10 quart pan, with a four sided box, with one way flappers. But in order to install the pan on the engine while the engine was in the car, I had to cut the hold for the pickup quite a bit larger. There isn't a lot of room to manuever the pan between the frame rails with all of the holes and such. It was a MAJOR pain to get it installed. Though after all of that initial hassle, I'm VERY glad that I purchased the pan.
