Its a hot one in So Cal my friends, supposed to be hotter tomorrow. California's central valley is getting hammered with heat. Larry Finch, dear brother, I'm thinking 'bout 'cha. I have a lot of friends in the Central Valley.

I've uncorked a bottle of red wine, got rib eyes cooking on the barby, its a pleasure to take a moment to breath in, and reflect. You're the best bunch of enthusiasts in Motorsports! I don't know why that is, but the Pantera attracts a good group of people. Pantera International is a great club, because of you. Pantera International has always been about members sharing info with members. This bulletin board is Pantera International on steroids! Thanks to each of you for your contributions.

Have a relaxing, fun, and safe weekend! Drive your Pantera if you can, share your joy & enthusiasm with someone new. Stay cool.

But 110 in Az is a dry heat!
We've been in the upper 90's all week with high humidity and and pockets of severve thunderstorms.
ConEd was down to only 25,000 without power until yesterday when we got a "little" thunderstorm which knocked out another 75,000 people. Some were already out for 5 days.
Because of the outages many traffic lights are out. There is bumper to bumper traffic everywhere.
Two main parkways were closed with flooding and one closed with a colapsed retaining wall.
It took me 2-1/2 hours to get home Friday from CT and ConEd wants to know when I'm going to pay my $1100 electric bill.
$1.81/L in Europe huh? Let's see, South Africa sounds interesting. Australia too.
Ethanol? Does it mix well with Scotch?
I was behind a car with Utah plates on it the whole time. Poor bastards, I'll bet they never come back here again.
Well this side of the world it's cold!
Well for us cold is 10 degrees...
So it's time to do all the small jobs on the car before summer comes.
Just got my sway bar ceramic coated in polished silver and it looks great.
When I get the rear back together i'll post some photo's.
Doing the rear A frames next.

Oh, it has been a joy these last few weeks. I spent three days this week on the roof of a new supermarket 76 miles from home in an 8x8x40 metal refrigeration control room wiring about a zillion control/contactor wires. The weeks before that have been inside the store, with no air circulation and it is shady but about 90 degrees.

Guess I should have stayed in college, LOL. Eeker

Here's hoping Monterey is about 65 and shady all weekend for the Concorso Wink

Global warming? Nah, The Prez must have it right. It's just a scam the 'liberals' are trying to push on us. Geeesh!

Larry
90%humidity norm.-i had an old window a/c i put in the garage,it dosn't do much for temp.but sure knocks the hell out of the humdity, but can't stand working in a closed garage, that why when the birds start chirping in the am i go to the garage,i can last to about 10-10:30am then i wilt, and have to go inside for real a/c.make sure you drink plenty of cold water.les
