Oh it is like they say, live and learn. He wore the trunion bearing completely out trying to adjust it. It turned out to be nothing major, at least he had enough sense not to vise grip the splines on the shaft. But I have spent two months just figuring out that a trunion bearing that is only seven years old is worn out. Here is a handy tid-bit, never put greese on a nylon part, it doesn't like it. Big Grin
