I'm confused, I thought just the Per-L had chrome bumpers?
A 'full set' would be both the left and right sides for the front. Note there are two different styles involved- one has rounded inside ends while the other has angled ends. Used as stock 1971- mid-1972.

The L-model Euro cars had chrome bumpers instead of the rubber nose bumper, but WITHOUT the turn signal surround as found on the pre-L models.
