Where are you located, and do you accept trades?
They are in Maryland.I work near there and have seen this car.It looks nice.I absoluely LOVE a GT5-S car w/o a delta wing!Even if it is pale yellow.Apears to be in very nice shape .If you set it up with the owner I would be glad to look at it closely for you.

To me, the photos of the interior seems like it has more ware on it than the milage indicates. However, photos can be deceiving. Watch out if you live in CA, as you will need to get it smoged.

I've seen this car and it has been repainted and some rust is showing through in the usual places. Potential buyers will need to confirm EPA & DOT docs as well.

I almost bought this car about a year ago, but settled on a modified group 4, as they couldn't confirm EPA, DOT, etc. Yes, confirm EPA/DOT, unless you just like looking at the car in your garage.
THE IMPORTANCE OF EPA AND DOT DOCUMENTATION WHEN BUYING A PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED CAR BECOMES A STATE REQUIREMENT.I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 89 GT5S THAT HAD NEVER BEEN REGISTERED. THIIS REQUIRED THE ORIGINAL MSO PLUS EPA AND DOT CERTIFICATION HERE IN FLORIDA.IF THE CAR HAD BEEN REGISTERED PRIOR IN ANOTHER STATE, NOTHING BUT THE TITLE WOULD HAVE BEEN NECESSARY. EACH STATE HAS DIFFERENT RULES.
Isn't there a company that you can pay to register your car in another state to get around this? I think that alot of kit Cobra guys use this service.

I drove past the location of Prestige yesterday and it is now a Hyundai dealership. I had checked out this car about a year ago and was told buy the dealership that this car did not have any DOT records. I will also say that the dealer had been driving this car for a while and I noticed a few oil leaks from the engine.
The dealership moved up the road about a mile and a half.To where the old Motor Coach(Lotus &Lambo dealer) used to be.As far as I know this car was sold last month.

Should anyone need to title and or register a car, call Larry Marsh at 916-501-9549. DOT and EPA certificates, no problem! He did a very good job on my 71 in less than 10 days.
The owner of this car had the DOT and EPA documentation however, for some time he did not provide copies of it to the dealer. I got copies of both myself from Washington. The dealer finaly had them in his possesion and the car sold a reasonably short time there after.
