Where can I acquire the adapters to mate a R134A expansion valve to the OEM evaporator fittings? | The De Tomaso Forums

I bought a new expansion valve from Vintage air which has Male oring fittings. I'm looking for an adapter to go from #8 female flare fitting to a #8 female oring. Changing system to R134a and don't want to change evaporator, need an adapter. Has someone done this?

Mike, I'd suggest Vintage Air or Nostalgic Air! Purchasing the flare expansion valve and making the hose a flare to o-ring is much easier way out of this problem. Be sure to thoroughly back flush the evaporator and to be safe use Ester oil rather than PAG oil.
