I checked it out a few months ago, (yeah, it's been for sale that long). It's solid feeling and it appears to be in great condition. The interior seems to be kind of worn. I feel the seller needs to come down about $8K - $10K. There's nothing special about the the car to justify it's high price.
But that's my opinion. It might just what you or someone else is looking for.
